The Finance department provides the day to day support services to meet the needs of all programs and services offered by Skwah First Nation.  This department is responsible for incorporating  sound accounting policies and procedures in order to maintain the financial integrity of Skwah First Nation.

Services Include:

  • Financial planning and reporting
  • Budget preparation
  • Managing departmental expenditures
  • Monitoring of funding and service contracts
  • Accounts payable function
  • Accounts receivable function
  • Payroll function
  • Completion of annual financial audit
  • Band employee benefit program administration
